4th of July Parade: The theme this year is “Celebrate Your Heritage”. The parade steps off at LaPorte Road & Mokena Street west to Wolf Road and ends at Granite Dr. Mokena.
Fireworks: Bring your chairs or blankets to Main Park, where the 2nd Kentucky Cavalry will be beginning early afternoon with civil war artillery pieces. They will interact with spectators and provide artillery drills and demonstrations.
The Patriotic Concert will begin at 7:30 pm and will conclude at 9:30 at which time the fireworks will begin.
